山東裝載機輪胎屬于易耗品，在使用過程中難免會出現(xiàn)輪胎損壞的情況，進而影響輪胎的正常使用，很多人不了解輪胎損壞的原因，造成了很大的經(jīng)濟損失，如果在平時使用中多加注意和保養(yǎng)能大大延長輪胎的壽命。那么引起裝載機輪胎損壞的原因有哪些呢？

1、輪胎氣壓不足
這樣會使得裝載機負荷增大，導(dǎo)致輪胎變形，進而增加輪胎行駛時磨損面積，另外頻繁轉(zhuǎn)向也會導(dǎo)致胎壓不足的輪胎磨損加劇。

2、路面平整度差

3、胎冠膠體不規(guī)則脫落
路面條件較差會導(dǎo)致輪胎出現(xiàn)膠體脫落，胎冠異常磨損就會進一步加劇。翻新輪胎原有的胎體存在硬傷，胎冠耐磨性差，在外力作用下自然脫落。

4、扎胎

大多數(shù)裝載機駕駛員在輪胎使用過程中存在不爆胎不更換，當(dāng)裝載機進行舉升作業(yè)時，鏟斗裝載物料以及舉升裝置的大部分負荷分別作用于兩側(cè)輪胎，由于輪胎高度的差異，導(dǎo)致整個舉升裝置無法保持縱向垂直于地面，對輪胎造成磨損，降低使用壽命。
