山東裝載機http://www.hpize.cn/的維修過程中使用的化學(xué)物質(zhì)主要是油料，焊接過程中產(chǎn)生的氣體也會危害維修人員的健康。為避免化學(xué)物質(zhì)的傷害，應(yīng)該采取哪些措施呢？
　　
1、優(yōu)先采用污染小、傷害低的油料，裝載機維修人員要詳細(xì)了解各種油料的特性、危害機理、致病方式，并采取相應(yīng)的防范措施。根據(jù)需要備好相應(yīng)的防護(hù)裝備和用品。維修人員在接觸滲透性強的液壓油、潤滑油時，應(yīng)戴上橡膠手套和護(hù)目鏡；使用煤油、汽油等揮發(fā)性較強的油，應(yīng)注意防火并配備滅火設(shè)備。
