1、套色作業(yè)使得濟(jì)南裝載機(jī)外表面的噴漆時(shí)間縮短，而屏蔽時(shí)間非但沒(méi)有縮短，還有加長(zhǎng)的趨勢(shì)，使得整個(gè)流水線的節(jié)拍發(fā)生了變化，在產(chǎn)量低的時(shí)候還影響不大，只不過(guò)一些工位增加了等待時(shí)間，產(chǎn)量增大后就需要將部分屏蔽工作放在線下進(jìn)行。
