離合器是機(jī)械式傳動(dòng)裝載機(jī)中易損壞的關(guān)鍵部件之一，正確使用妥善保養(yǎng)，可以延長其使用壽命。如使用不當(dāng)，容易導(dǎo)致發(fā)生故障。離合器在使用過程中，由于零件的不斷磨損，特別是離合器從動(dòng)盤上摩擦片的磨損，都會(huì)改變分離杠桿與分離軸承端面的間隙，此間隙過大會(huì)造成踏板踩到底也分離不開；間隙過小會(huì)產(chǎn)生分離軸承始終隨分離杠桿轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，而很快地?zé)龎幕蚰p。此外在使用過程中，由于三個(gè)分離杠桿變形、磨損的不同，會(huì)造成三個(gè)分離杠桿不同在一個(gè)與花鍵軸垂直的平面內(nèi)，也就使得離合器分離不徹底，換檔困難、很快會(huì)將變速器的換檔齒輪打壞。離合器分離不徹底也加速摩擦片的磨損，降低離合器的使用壽命。

1、離合器分離時(shí)間不宜過長，一般不超過15-20秒；

2、不要用離合器半分離的方法來控制車速，以免摩擦片和分離軸承迅速磨損。同時(shí)，在行駛時(shí)，不要把腳放在離合器踏板上。
