1、山東裝載機(jī)http://www.hpize.cn/單體泵故障，檢查各缸的排氣溫度，若某一缸的溫度異常，往往說(shuō)明單體泵有問(wèn)題，檢查燃油歧管油壓，在滿負(fù)荷是應(yīng)，如果油壓低于，更換燃油濾清器，如果油壓仍然太低，檢查輸油泵及其旁通閥，并檢查燃油壓力調(diào)節(jié)閥。

2、山東裝載機(jī)柴油質(zhì)量差，柴油中有水或柴油粘度太低，詢問(wèn)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)使用柴油情況和水分，沉淀物的情況，如果柴油質(zhì)量差，則放掉燃油箱、燃油管和燃油歧管內(nèi)的燃油，更換燃油濾清器，在燃油箱中裝入干凈的合格柴油，用手油泵給系統(tǒng)注油并趕走空氣。

3、山東裝載機(jī)燃油溫度太高，檢查輸油泵吸油口的柴油溫度。進(jìn)氣管漏氣：檢查進(jìn)氣管壓力，太低則檢查空氣濾清器，進(jìn)氣管有無(wú)漏氣。

5、山東裝載機(jī)http://www.hpize.cn/噴油正時(shí)不對(duì)，檢查和調(diào)整噴油正時(shí)，冷器氣路或水路受堵：測(cè)量進(jìn)氣壓力，和規(guī)范值比較，增壓器效率低：檢查增壓器的積炭和間隙。
