裝載機(jī)發(fā)生柴油機(jī)功率下降的現(xiàn)象經(jīng)常發(fā)生，主要原因可能是柴油機(jī)制造質(zhì)量沒有達(dá)到設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，導(dǎo)致裝載機(jī)柴油機(jī)功率減弱。那么導(dǎo)致山東裝載機(jī)柴油機(jī)功率下降的原因主要有哪些呢？
1、裝載機(jī)中連桿軸頸回轉(zhuǎn)半徑或活塞銷至頂部尺寸不合適，裝載機(jī)柴油機(jī)功率變?nèi)酰瑢?dǎo)致運(yùn)行時活塞撞擊缸蓋，沖擊力直接作用于連桿小頭，使其工作不正常面斷裂。

3、柴油機(jī)加工精確度差。由于整體變形量較大，造成連桿大頭在軸頸上靠一側(cè)并且無端隙、曲柄連桿機(jī)構(gòu)的中心與缸套中心不重合等，導(dǎo)致活塞偏磨，運(yùn)行后與缸壁的間隙增大而使氣缸壓縮力不足；連桿則因受力不良，小頭的一側(cè)受力較大，產(chǎn)生疲勞而斷裂破損。

4、柴油機(jī)缸壁間隙過小、活塞裙部橢圓度太小，導(dǎo)致運(yùn)行時活塞膨脹，與缸套的摩擦力增大甚至咬死，致使連桿小頭受力超出設(shè)計應(yīng)力而斷裂。連桿大頭在軸頸上無端隙、曲軸軸向推力軸承軸向、間隙太小、連桿大小頭軸瓦中心線不平行等，造成活塞偏磨，連桿小頭受彎曲力的作用而斷裂?；钊c套的間隙不正確，無潤滑。
