在大家使用山東裝載機的過程中，經(jīng)常會出現(xiàn)裝載機發(fā)動機不工作的現(xiàn)象，導(dǎo)致這種現(xiàn)象的原因有很多，比如發(fā)動機繼電器的觸摸點氧化、燒蝕、不能閉合，導(dǎo)線銜接處松脫、觸摸不良，蓄電池儲存電量太少等等，那么遇到這種問題時，應(yīng)該如何處理呢？

1、查看導(dǎo)線銜接處是不是可靠，根據(jù)燈火強弱或喇叭音量巨細，初步判別蓄電池是不是放電過多，若放電過多，彌補充電即可。

2、查看發(fā)動機電磁開關(guān)。用導(dǎo)線短接發(fā)動機前方接線柱與電磁開關(guān)接線柱，若發(fā)動機不滾動，闡明電磁開關(guān)有毛病，應(yīng)拆開維修；若滾動，應(yīng)查看發(fā)動繼電器。
Check engine solenoid switch. Front engine with a wire shorting terminals with electromagnetic switch terminal, if the engine does not scroll to clarify faulty solenoid switch should open repair; If the scroll, you should check to launch relay.
3、用導(dǎo)線短接發(fā)動機兩接線柱，若發(fā)動機仍不滾動，則可斷定毛病在發(fā)動機內(nèi)部，可進一步判別。若發(fā)動機正常滾動，闡明毛病部位能夠在電磁開關(guān)、發(fā)動繼電器。
Engine with a wire shorting two terminals, if the engine is still rolling, you can conclude that the problems inside the engine can be further discrimination. If the engine to normal scrolling, can clarify parts of the electromagnetic switch problems, start relay.
4、查看發(fā)動繼電器時，用導(dǎo)線短接其兩個接線柱，若發(fā)動機滾動，則闡明發(fā)動繼電器有毛病。有能夠常開觸點處氧化而觸摸不良，可用砂紙打磨或替換。
When viewing the launch relay, with a wire shorting its two terminals, if the engine rolling, then clarify the launch relay faulty. There can be normally open contacts of the oxidation and bad touch, use sandpaper or replaced.
5、發(fā)動繼電器與電磁開關(guān)接線柱之間的銜接導(dǎo)線有搭鐵、斷路或銜接處有松動；也有可能是發(fā)動開關(guān)失靈，可作進一步查看。
