維修保養(yǎng)是恢復(fù)工程機(jī)械性能，延長其使用壽命的有效手段。對機(jī)械定期進(jìn)行保養(yǎng)能夠使機(jī)械經(jīng)常處于完好狀態(tài),隨時可以啟動運轉(zhuǎn)或出車,不致因中途損壞而停機(jī)，在使用過程中不致因機(jī)件事故而影響安全或行駛，因此一定要對機(jī)械定期進(jìn)行檢查保養(yǎng)。

1、目視檢查：起動機(jī)車前應(yīng)進(jìn)行目視檢查。檢查是否有機(jī)油、燃油和冷卻液泄漏，是否有松動的螺栓和螺母，電氣線路中是否有電線斷裂、短路和電瓶接頭松動，是否有油污，是否有民物積聚。

2、起動發(fā)動機(jī)后檢查鳴笛與所有的儀表是否完好，發(fā)動機(jī)的起動狀態(tài)、噪聲與尾氣顏色及是否有機(jī)油、燃油和冷卻液泄漏。

3、機(jī)油在柴油機(jī)的使用中是必不可少的，主要起潤滑、冷卻、清潔等作用。因此，要注意檢查潤滑油的油量并按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)添加。
